When can I move in?
This home is available now. Move-in follows as soon as your application is approved and the lease is signed.

The standard lease is 12 months, and 12 months is also the minimum term.
What do I need to qualify?
Gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent — about $5,700 a month for this home. We also look for a credit score of 600 or above and no evictions in the last five years. Have proof of income ready when you apply.
What if my credit is under 600, or I have an eviction?
It does not automatically rule you out. Where an applicant is outside our normal criteria we can often still work with them for a larger security deposit — usually three times the standard deposit for the home. Call us and we will tell you straight before you pay the application fee.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. A $500 non-refundable pet fee, plus $50 to $100 a month in pet rent depending on the pet's size. We confirm the exact pet rent for your specific pet.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
No. Housing vouchers and third-party rental assistance — Section 8, 'A Way Home' and similar programs — are not accepted.
What does it cost to apply?
$55 per adult applicant, nonrefundable. Deposits are always required and are never waived, even with a move-in special.
